Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Rizzy will require you to complete KYC verification. Proof of address and source-of-funds documentation may also be requested in accordance with our compliance obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Rizzy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Rizzy cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

Some promotions are classified as "sticky" — the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from it are eligible for cashout once wagering is complete. Bets accepted in error — for example, due to a manifest pricing error or technical malfunction — may be voided without prior notice. All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, UFC events, and other sporting events, are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow standard industry practice as outlined in the sport-specific rules.

The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be settled according to the platform's disconnection policy.
